Uno is a young man of above average height. He is fairly well built and has ankle-length blond hair with dark pink streaks, styled into a thick braid with short, shaggy bangs framing his face. He has fair skin, blue eyes, long eyelashes, and thick eyebrows. He wears stud piercings in his ears and dark blue tattoos on his back and left arm; the number 1 is tattooed in dark blue on the back of each hand, forming his ID number "11". His fingernails are painted light blue. Uno wears a blue and white striped prison jumpsuit with the top completely unbuttoned and the sleeves tied around his waist, revealing a black undershirt. On his right arm, he wears a large blue and white striped wristband and a cap of the same colors, decorated with gold letters that form the number "11". Around his neck, Uno wears a necklace with a large silver dog tag. On his feet, he wears dark boots, and, as per prison regulations, his identification number is pinned to the left side of his chest.

Uno is proud of his appearance and is self-confident, often displaying vanity: he considers himself popular. This is supported by the fact that he spends a lot of time grooming himself every morning, and also arrogantly "predicts" which of his cellmates might be cute and which might not. He can be quite rude and tactless, but despite his superficial attitude, he is by no means selfish and is portrayed as a kind, warm, and friendly person. He understands his friends well and is willing to accept them for who they are. Uno can give advice to his friends, although he does not force them to tell him what is on their minds. Uno is also easily frightened. For example, while exploring an underground prison, he is terrified by the Jiang Shi killer dolls that patrol the area. His friends deliberately did not tell him that they were there so that he would not be scared and go with them. However, he has no problem facing danger, as well as defying authority figures for the sake of his friends. Uno is an avid gambler, and through his gaming experience has developed not only a habit of shamelessly cheating, but also a high level of intuition. He is able to pick up on the habits and body language of others and uses this information to see through them. These skills allow him to easily win various fights. He views gambling as a hobby and greatly enjoys playing games with others, indicating his extroverted personality.

Uno was born and raised in the United Kingdom, where he frequented underground casinos. He was often caught and imprisoned, but escaped by dating girls. At an unknown time, he met Jugo, and they developed a habit of running away together. He also met Rock and Nico during the Las Vegas escape. Eventually, Uno's constant escapes and arrests led to him being transferred to Nanba Prison, where he lost his motivation to escape due to a lack of visits.

Of all the cellmates, they are the closest to each other. They demonstrate relationships between men, respect and care. These two have logical thinking and are able to solve complex puzzles.

They are close friends and understand each other well. Uno often worries about Niko and takes care of him. Uno can order manga or anime figurines for him, for which Niko is grateful to him. They often joke with each other.

Initially, they couldn't get along at all. Uno was annoyed by Rock's stupidity and impulsiveness, and Rock was annoyed by Uno's arrogance. Despite this, the two currently get along well, although they interact the least out of the four. They also share some common traits - a love of girls (although Uno is more interested and perverted in this than Rock) and a love of food, Uno also appreciates food and shares Rock's desire to bake pizza.

Like his friends, Uno enjoys teasing Hajime. But Hajime often calms Uno down by giving him magazines with beautiful girls. They got along well until Hajime beat up Jugo. After that, Uno has a hard time trusting Hajime.

Uno doesn't interact with him much, but he likes to tease him.
