She wears purple thigh-high leggins to compliment her leotard, together with Metallic slippers in the shape of rabbit paws, which are both a nod to her quirk and serve to enhance her kicks. She also has a pair of thick, white gloves on her hands with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around their edges.

As the No. 5 Pro Hero, Rumi is more powerful than most other Pro Heroes. Her hearing capability is outstanding, as she was even able to locate her target through minimal noise. She was also shown to be capable of multitasking, as she simultaneously attacks, dodges, and concludes information about the enemies.

Rumi suffers from depression. She was often bullied as a child because of her appearance, her rabbit ears and her red eyes. Through her years of training and her direct nature, she has learned to push it aside, but the depression comes through in moments when she is alone and without something to do.
