Twisted Sprout is a gigantic twisted, larger than any other twisted, with a low attention span. His body is red, and his head is a strawberry. He the leaves on top of his head are overgrown and covering his right eye, while sticky black Ichor covers his mouth. He has black seed freckles and a pink and white scarf that moves on its own. His only showing eye is glowing red and sunken in. He’s legs and arms are very long but he’s still slower than toon run speed. Ichor is covering his legs and arms, an his he’s almost touches the ceiling. Twisted Sprout has an appearance similar to his regular counterpart, but noticeably taller and almost completely consumed by Ichor. His leaves are noticeably longer, resembling hair covering one of his eyes, and his scarf is longer with a large spike at the end, similar to a scorpion's tail. When Sprout spots a Toon, he will summon a puddle of Ichor at that Toon's position containing a tendril that, shortly after being summoned, will attack anyone who comes too close to it. This has a cooldown of 10 seconds, and the tendril disappears after 15 seconds. The tendril is surrounded by a pool of Ichor that shows its range. Due to the cooldown, only two tendrils can spawn at maximum. The tendrils that he can spawn are huge, like two meters. Sprout's footsteps sound similar to walking on grass or dry fallen leaves. The Library: The Library is a map which contains a large middle section, and splits into two halves on either side. These halves are filled with bookcases and there are two rooms in each half where Machines typically spawn. 1 variant. Most common type of floor. Usually starts a game or is one of the first to appear. Has the least variants. The Rainbow Room: The Rainbow Room is a map which usually appears at the start of a game along with the Library. All variants contains a blue wall with rainbow stripes going horizontally across the map with a brown wooden floor. 5 variants. Has the most variants. The Diner: The Diner is a restaurant map which has green walls and a brown wooden floor same as the floor in the Rainbow Room. This floor also has a kitchen with grey tiles instead of its wooden floor with some food lying around, spilt drinks on the floor, and flour spilt. 2 variants. Only seen by floors 5 or more. The Warehouse: The Warehouse is a warehouse/parking garage map that has grey concrete walls and floors, with little to no variation. This floor has smaller rooms scattered around the map, along with lone boxes, wired fencing, various furniture, and soda dispensers. One corner of the map can be seen with cars and vans, with Ichor puddles under them. 2 variants. Rare type of floor. Typically, only seen by floors 10 or more. Astro's Room: The room is painted in shades of blue, with blue lights and has some exhibits about space. The walls are patterned with stars and sparkles. Has 1 variant. Rarest type of room. Seen only past floor 15. It's a room made specifically for Astro, containing many objects related to space. Astro's Room is by far the biggest room in Gardenview. Greenhouse: The Greenhouse is a room with nature-inspired decor, has green walls, plant pots, bookshelves, and some exhibits about nature, such as trees and cactus.

When he wasn't a twisted yet, his best friend was Cosmo, but now he doesn't know where he is.

Ichor works like corruption, if you touch it, eat it or even make contact with it, you will become twisted. Ichor is black.

Twisted Rodger is a stationary Twisted that will spawn in a random location on the Floor. Reflecting the investigative nature of his counterpart, he disguises himself as a fake Research Capsule to trick Toons into activating him. Upon Player interaction with this fake Research Capsule, Twisted Rodger will spawn out of the ground and begin charging an attack from his magnifying glass eye. After a short charge time, he will shoot a beam from his eye and inflict damage to the toon who it's close to him. If he does not spot a Toon for several seconds, he will sink back into the ground and become a fake Research Capsule once again. Like Twisted Razzle & Dazzle, he requires line of sight to attack the Toon. His attack is also easy to outrange, which will also cause him to lose interest. Twisted Rodger's fake Research Capsule can be easily distinguished from a real Research Capsule. If there is nothing in the middle of the capsule, it is fake. If there are two straps around the center, it is real. There can only be one fake Research Capsule per Twisted Rodger on the Floor.

Twisted Razzle & Dazzle are a pair of fused together stationary Twisteds that will spawn in a random location on the floor, sitting in an idle state encircled by red vine-like tendrils. While they are in this idle state, they are harmless and Toons can walk freely within their circle, even venturing as close as they'd like to the sitting Twisteds. However, as soon as a Toon sprints in the circle, Twisted Razzle & Dazzle will wake up and attack any Toons within the circle that are in their line of sight. If they do not attack any Toons, no one sprints inside the circle and no one enters inside their view for 15 seconds, they will fall back asleep. If a Toon runs within the circle, their hostile state will activate. Upon spotting a Toon, they will cause vines to shoot up from the ground underneath the Toon, stabbing at their feet and causing one Heart's worth of damage. If 15 seconds pass without a Toon sprinting inside the circle during their hostile state, they will return to their idle position. They can't talk. When they weren't Twisteds, Razzle was always cheerful and energetic, but Dazzle was always depressed and tired, and that still applies to their Twisted forms.

Twisted Tisha is a roaming Twisted that possesses no special abilities. However, she has a small gimmick. She acts just like the average twisted, but the difference is that she can stop in place and idle around areas. This means she can camp machines or passageways. She can't talk.

No twisted can speak, they are hostile no matter what, but perhaps, they can make an little exception.
